Bryan and Mandi Williams (Chef B)

Bryan Williams (Chef B) has been involved in the restaurant and hospitality industry since 1995. At a very young age back home in North Carolina he learned first hand the secrets of BBQ. That is where his love for culinary arts began. After Graduating with a Bachelors in Hospitality and Business, He then moved to California’s San Gabriel Mountain Foothills of Pasadena where he furthered his education and career as a classically trained Le Cordon Bleu Fine Dining Chef.

He spent his time gaining experience cooking at home style family restaurants, French Bistro’s, and ultimately becoming an Executive Chef of an LA Country Club for over 5 years before moving back to the East Coast to marry his wife Mandi where he currently continues his culinary adventures Serving to the Palm Beaches and beyond.

Chef B has had, and continues to have many satisfied clients in the private Culinary industry. His book of business spans from weddings, corporate catered events, house held special occasions, and private individual meal preparation.
